Q: What area's and villages do you operate in?
A: Based in Potters Bar we cover all sourounding areas South Mimms, Welham Green, Brookmans Park, Essendon, Hatfield, Barnet, Northaw, including all Train Station's - Cruise Terminals & Airports.

Q: How can I pay?
A: We accept all major Debit/Credit Cards, If you decide to pay by Credit Card an additonal £2.50 or 5% which ever the greater. Alternatively, you can pay the driver in cash on the day.

Q: If I have paid by credit card and cancel my booking, can I get a refund?
A: Yes you can get a refund less the cost of the credit card transaction fee £2.50 or 10% which ever the greater.

Q: How far in advance do I need to book my car?
A: Booking online, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. For bookings within the next 24 hours please call us to confirm availability.

Q: Are your prices per vehicle or per passenger?
A: All our prices are per vehicle.

Q: Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed?
A: No, we do not charge you any extra if your flight is delayed. We check your arrival time before we dispatch your driver. Drivers are dispatched one hour prior to the advertised landing times. The price you are quoted allows for up to 30 minutes waiting time after the plane lands. However, each period of 15 minutes after that time will be charged at £5. All parking and entrances are chargeable at cost.

Q: Where will I meet my driver after landing at the airport?
A: Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area with a meeting board. If you have provided your mobile number we can arrange to meet you outside the departures/arrivals hall, usually 30 minutes after the flight has been confirmed to land. Our office/driver may also call or text you while waiting outside the terminal in the pick-up area to tell you your vehicle registration and where he is waiting. Please take a note of our phone number at the time of booking in the event you need to call us.

Q: Do I need to pay for parking?
A: Car parking is to be paid to the driver on the day and he/she will supply you with a receipt.

Q: Do you do tours/sightseeing?
A: Yes, we offer hourly/daily hire for tours/sightseeing and allow complete flexibility to your schedule.

Q: Will you meet us at any time of day?
A: Yes, we provide a service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Call us or book online at anytime.

Q:
What can I use my voucher for.
A: Voucher's will be accepted by the driver to pay part or of your journey.

Q: Can I cash in my vouchers.
A: There is no cash alternative for the vouchers.

Q: How long will a voucher be valid for.
A: Voucher's will last for 30 days from the date of issue.

Q: Are voucher's only valid for on long journeys.
A: No you can use a voucher whether you are travelling to Potters Bar Train Station or the Airport.
